Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has added its Blackened Chicken Sandwich to its menu, the first significant addition to the chain’s sandwich lineup since it helped create a crispy chicken craze four years ago. Popeyes President Sami Siddiqui said the new item is “a lighter option that is perfect for every day.”
