Post Holdings to acquire pet food brands from J.M. Smucker

Post Holdings will acquire Kibbles ’n Bits, Nature’s Recipe, 9Lives and other pet food brands from J.M. Smucker for $700 million in cash and shares of common stock worth $500 million.
