Postmates choosing between IPO and being acquired by Uber

Postmates, which filed for an initial public offering last year before deciding to not go ahead with it, is reconsidering doing so again. The food delivery service is also looking at possibly being acquired by Uber as it seeks to remain viable in the increasingly competitive market.
