Pot stores in Mass. meet town-by-town opposition

The sale of recreational marijuana was legalized last year in a statewide Massachusetts election, but local municipalities are throwing up barriers. The town of Westborough has passed a ban on stores selling the product for recreational use and a similar ordinance is being weighed by Southborough. All-in-all, over a dozen Massachusetts communities may take measures to block the retail sale of pot, at least temporarily, within the next few months.
