Prada removes its Pradamalia line, accused of 'Little Black Sambo' imagery

Prada's line of apelike figurines and keychains have black bodies and faces and oversized red lips. In response to vehement criticism from Chinyere Ezie, a civil rights lawyer and activist, the designer pulled the products from stores. "Prada Group never had the intention of offending anyone and we abhor all forms of racism and racist imagery," the company stated.
