Checkpoint Systems, Inc. announced that AEON RETAIL, a major Japanese retailer, is switching out existing acousto-magnetic (AM) electronic article surveillance (EAS) systems for Checkpoint’s radio frequency identification (RFID)-upgradeable RF EAS systems to improve inventory management and the shopping experience.
