Coca-Cola Company and Pernod Ricard have established a worldwide partnership to launch Absolut Vodka & Sprite as a ready-to-drink pre-mixed cocktail in 2024. Combining internationally acclaimed Absolut vodka with Sprite, the world’s leading lemon-lime sparkling soft drink, the cocktail will be available in Sprite and Sprite Zero Sugar versions.

The initial launch will occur in selected European countries including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, and Germany in early 2024. This aligns with Coca-Cola’s continuous customer-centered development and transition into a total beverage company, as stated by James Quincey, Chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company.

Alexandre Ricard, CEO of Pernod Ricard, worldwide leader in the spirits and wine industry, expressed optimism about this innovative project, which merges the capacities of two leading companies in delivering premium product experiences to their consumers.

Vodka and lemon-lime soft drinks are renowned for their popularity as the base and mixer respectively in ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages. This key insight is at the heart of the Absolut & Sprite venture, which Ricard believes will redefine the alcohol ready-to-drink category.

The packaging of Absolut & Sprite will feature the globally recognized trademarks of both brands. The can designs will also include clear symbols emphasizing responsible consumption for legal drinking age individuals. The alcohol beverage volume standard is 5%, subject to market variations.
