Kellogg Company

Kellogg Company and Kroger have joined forces to combat food insecurity in the communities they serve. They have donated $35,000 to Greater Cincinnati’s Freestore Foodbank, which aims to create a hunger-free and healthy community. Kroger, committed to ending hunger in its operating communities, partners with Feeding America and local food banks to support hunger-relief programs.

With 34 million Americans uncertain about their next meal, the collaboration aims to feed and support those facing hunger. Kellogg’s donation is part of its Better Days® Promise strategy, which aims to create better days for 3 billion people by 2030. Since 2015, Kellogg has already fed over 252 million people facing hunger and reached more than 5 million children through feeding programs. Alongside the donation, activities such as planting seeds and nutrition education will be offered to families in need. The partnership between Kellogg and Kroger seeks to make a difference in the lives of those affected by food insecurity.
