One Door Appoints Former Retail and Consumer Brand CEO Jen Loesch as Chief Customer Officer

Boston, MA — February 17, 2026 — One Door, a leader in Visual Merchandising and Retail Execution software, today announced the appointment of Jen Loesch as Chief Customer Officer. A former retail executive and consumer brand CEO, Loesch brings decades of hands-on leadership experience across major retailers, global manufacturers, and high-growth consumer brands.

Loesch joins One Door following CEO roles at Resolution Pet Brands and BreathableBaby, where she led brand transformation, omnichannel growth, operational scaling, and strategic repositioning. She also served as Operating Partner at VisioCap, a private equity firm focused on pet and juvenile product companies, advising portfolio companies on merchandising strategy, supply chain optimization, brand development, and retail expansion.

Her deep retail credentials include serving as Vice President of Merchandising at Petco, where she led category strategy, product innovation, pricing, and consumer engagement across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. In that role, she worked at the intersection of national brand strategy and in-store execution, aligning assortment, space planning, promotions, and store operations to drive growth. Earlier in her career, Loesch held leadership roles at Target and Best Buy, as well as at global manufacturers including 3M, Imation, Eastman Kodak, and Honeywell. This combination of retailer and manufacturer experience gives her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of merchandising, ecommerce, supply chain, product development, and field execution at scale.
