The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) filed a lawsuit on April 2, 2012 against Be Well Marketing, Inc., a private-label manufacturer and distributor of tooth whitening products. The lawsuit alleges that Be Well Marketing, Inc. is violating P&G’s intellectual property by manufacturing and selling its private label “Dental Strips” product.
