The company ranked among the top employers in several states, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Publix’s director of communications, Maria Brous, highlighted the company’s dedication to valuing its associates and fostering a positive workplace culture.
The rankings are determined through an independent survey of over 70,000 U.S. employees, considering factors such as working conditions, growth opportunities, and diversity. With more than 250,000 associates, Publix has maintained a reputation for quality and customer service in the grocery industry.
