In anticipation of a busy holiday shopping season and available jobs, retailers in Greater Washington are using a new video interview technology from JobOn to find and hire candidates. Stores that have signed onto the service include electronics shop Best Buy Mobile, body and hair care product seller Aveda, shoe retailer Clark Stores, Solstice Sunglass Boutique, Fashion Time and Things Remembered.
