The campaign emphasizes the company’s belief that while artificial intelligence (AI) is a powerful tool, it is most effective when combined with human insights and expertise. Staples recognizes that businesses require more than interactions with algorithms or bots when making significant purchasing decisions. CEO John Lederer asserts that human intelligence, in conjunction with AI, is the winning formula for serving business customers.
The campaign showcases actual Staples employees who represent the company’s dedicated experts offering their insights to benefit business customers enrolled in the Staples Business Advantage (SBA) program. The campaign will be featured in digital news outlets, print publications, and streaming platforms. As part of the campaign, Staples is offering a 20% discount to new SBA program sign-ups until July 31, 2023. The company highlights that SBA customers already save 10% daily compared to a major competitor and have access to various tools for spending control and integration with eProcurement systems.
