Walmart is teaming up with Angi to offer professional holiday light installation and removal services. Customers can purchase installation services, starting at $149 for up to 150 feet, through QR codes on light packages or in-store. Additionally, a bundled package for both installation and removal of 150 feet of lights is available for $229.
Marlena Bond, vice president of Walmart’s seasonal merchandise, highlighted this effort to help customers maximize their holiday time. Angie Hicks, co-founder and chief customer officer of Angi, emphasized the convenience and ease of professional light installation by Angi pros.
The partnership offers various holiday services, including décor setup and artificial Christmas tree setup. With over 200,000 professionals, Angi provides nationwide coverage.
