Price Chopper Withdraws Lawsuit Regarding Shoprite Complaint

Price Chopper parent company Golub Corp. has dropped its legal challenge to Shoprite's use of tricks to cause internet searches for the term "Price Chopper ads" to link to its own site after the latter agreed to cease such practices.
