Product return rates jumped in 2021

The percentage of products bought in stores and online and returned rose to 16.6 percent last year, up from 10.6 percent in 2020, according to a survey by the National Retail Federation and Appriss Retail. Online returns rose to 20.8 percent up from 18.1 percent.
