Antonio Colicchio is the founder of The Returns Guy, a consultancy focused exclusively on helping retailers reduce, optimize, and rethink returns. He was one of retail’s first dedicated VPs of Returns while at Abercrombie & Fitch, where his remit also included global customer service, ecommerce operations, fraud prevention, and enterprise automation; reflecting a data-driven, systems-oriented approach to solving complex operational problems. Additionally, he was an influential member of the OMNI and Digital Leadership Teams. Antonio has also held leadership roles at Victoria’s Secret and DSW. He is known for reframing returns not as an unavoidable cost of doing business, but as a powerful source of customer insight, operational improvement, and competitive advantage.
