Putin's war on Ukraine pushes oil prices even higher

The price for a barrel of West Texas Intermediate oil rose to $116 in premarket trading for the first time since 2008 after Russia's authoritarian leader Vladimir Putin said attacks against Ukraine would continue until his goals were achieved.
