Red Lobster executive to lead Union Square Hospitality Group

Chip Wade has gone from being in charge of 704 Red Lobster restaurants in North America to replacing Danny Meyer as CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group. Mr. Meyer will continue to offer input on menus and expansion strategies as chairman of the board.
