In this new era of omnichannel, algorithm-driven retail, retailers and CPG grocery and drug suppliers need to renew their focus on the customer. Despite efforts from both sides, communication challenges and mistrust between trade partners persist, according to the findings of Precima/Coresight Research’s recent study.
There are signs of progress, however, as a large majority of retailers and suppliers say their collaborations have improved over the past two years.
