Restaurant challenges just beginning as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted

Restaurants in some states are being allowed to welcome patrons back, but the challenges continue. One of the first hurdles will be proving to cautious Americans that it is safe to go to restaurants even as COVID-19 continues to spread.
