Restaurants left short-staffed as workers are exposed to Omicron variant

Restaurants are being forced to close and cut hours due to a lack of staff as workers isolate after becoming infected with COVID-19 or being exposed to someone with the virus. Those restaurants that are in operation are struggling to keep up with orders with reduced staff.
