Retail Container Volume Grows 17 Percent for 2010, Says NRF

According to the monthly Global Port Tracker report released by the National Retail Federation and Hackett Associates yesterday, retail container traffic at the nation's major ports is expected to be up 9 percent in December vs. the same period last year, which should bring the year's total merchandise import volume increase to 17 percent.
