Retailers Being Treated to Strong Halloween Sales

Nearly 72 percent of Americans, a record 170 million people, plan to celebrate Halloween this year. Sales for the holiday will climb to $8 billion, also a record, according to the National Retail Federation's 2012 Halloween consumer spending survey conducted by BIGinsight.
