Retailers diverge on Thanksgiving plans

While some retailers are closing stores on Thanksgiving even after having opened in previous years, others are opening even earlier. The debate as to whether opening on Thanksgiving grows sales for the Christmas selling season or simply spreads the same sales over more days will likely continue on in retailer c-suites for years to come.
