Retailers make good LBO targets

PetSmart's acquisition by BC Partners has led to speculation about what retail chain may be the next to be taken over. A Bloomberg article suggests that Bed Bath & Beyond, Dick's Sporting Goods, GameStop and Pier 1 Imports are attractive targets.
