Retailers say sorry for ad that took it to the limit and beyond

The Eagles' drummer Don Henley sued Duluth Trading for an ad that read: "Don a henley and take it easy." If anyone should have sued it should have been fellow band mate Glenn Frey who co-wrote the song with Jackson Browne and sang lead on the recording.
