Retailers warn that sales bump from stimulus checks won't last

Some retailers, including Advance Auto, Target and Walmart, report seeing a bump in sales the week in April when millions of Americans received stimulus checks from the federal government. Merchants and analysts, however, caution that the increases are temporary.
