PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Virtual Program – Flexible workshops and 1:1 office hours.
  • Must be available in person in Los Angeles for the kick-off and closing events.
  • Allocating up to 15 grants to early-stage CPG founders.
  • Program offered to DTC-first consumer brands with an eye on scaling or expanding internationally.
  • Must have gross annual revenue of at least $200K and no more than $15M.
  • Must be willing to migrate your e-commerce platform to SHOPLINE. Remember, we essentially do all of that for you, and you get all of the savings!

When is the application deadline?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so there is no fixed closing date.
Who is eligible to apply?
We’re looking for exceptional founders building strong CPG brands with annual revenue between $200K and $15M.
What does the application and selection process involve?
Submit the application along with a company overview deck.
Selected finalists will be invited to interview with a judging panel from RetailWire and SHOPLINE, and we’ll request a few documents to confirm traction and eligibility.
Are there limitations on how the non-dilutive capital can be used?
Funds must be used for business growth. Preference will be given to founders who clearly outline how the grant will help scale their company — whether through brand refreshes, marketing investment, or other growth initiatives. Funds should not be used for debt repayment.
How much funding can companies receive?
Grant amounts vary based on company size, stage, and growth, particularly for businesses showing strong e-commerce traction.
Companies closer to $200K in revenue receive grants at the lower end of the range, while businesses approaching $10M in revenue may qualify for grants exceeding $100K.
What happens after selection when transferring to SHOPLINE?
Participants will have short, weekly 30-minute check-ins focused on approvals and feedback while SHOPLINE’s team manages the migration process.
A dedicated team will also assist with integrating your tech stack and optimizing performance so your business can transition smoothly.
Which platforms and third-party apps does SHOPLINE support?
SHOPLINE can migrate stores from Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Salesforce Commerce, Wix, Ecwid, and over 100 additional platforms.
Supported integrations include Klaviyo, EasyShip, EasyPost, ShipHero, ShipStation, J&J Global 3PL, Stripe Payments/Stripe Tax, Gorgias, and many others.
What should participants expect from the program?
Cohort 2 begins in early 2026. Accepted founders will participate in weekly 30-minute sessions with SHOPLINE and their agency partner, with minimal operational burden as the integration work is handled for them.
How does SHOPLINE pricing compare with Shopify?
Most businesses save 30–50% per month, which can translate to $15K–$50K annually, depending on scale.
Does SHOPLINE support international sales?
Yes. SHOPLINE enables transactions across multiple countries, supporting global commerce.
Will subscriber data transfer seamlessly?
Yes. SHOPLINE’s migration team works with you to ensure subscriber data transfers smoothly without disrupting customer experience.
Is migrating to SHOPLINE required?
Yes. Receiving the full grant amount requires completing the migration to SHOPLINE.
