Rising gas prices push inflation to 40+ year high

Inflation in March rose 8.5 percent, the fastest pace since 1981. Gasoline prices, which jumped 18.3 percent in March, were the prime culprit. Fuel prices have risen since Russia launched its attack on neighboring Ukraine.
