RJR Sued by Eight States

Attorney generals in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington have filed a suit claiming R.J. Reynolds violated a 1998 agreement prohibiting the use of cartoons in tobacco advertising.
