Ross Stores announces exec and board changes

Barbara Rentler, the chief merchandising officer for Ross Stores, will move to CEO next month while Michael O'Sullivan will continue as the company's president and chief operating officer. Ms. Rentler and Mr. O'Sullivan will each get seats on the Ross' board of directors, as well.
