Russia's war on Ukraine drives oil prices up

Oil prices jumped three percent today, pushing the cost of a barrel above $101 in the Brent oil benchmark and to about $95 for American West Texas. The national average for a gallon of gas is $3.61, nearly a dollar higher than at this point in 2021.
