Safety Commission Says Wal-Mart Recall Unnecessary

Wal-Mart’s tests of plastic animals and dinosaurs sold in its stores turned up unsafe levels of lead in the items. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s tests on the same products did not.
