Sale of Bonmarche Will Result in 160 Store Closures

Peacock Group Plc, which acquired the U.K.-based clothier Bonmarche in 2002, is selling the chain to an affiliate of Sun European Partners. A total of 230 locations will be left operating after the company shutters 160 stores.
