Samsung engineers regret using ChatGPT after source code is compromised

Samsung engineers used ChatGPT to try and fix problems with source code for identifying microchip faults. Doing so led to confidential company information being transmitted to OpenAi, the generative artificial intelligence technology maker. ChatGPT retains information so that it can continue to learn. At least three incidents of Samsung losing control of its confidential information have been tied to its use of the technology.
