San Francisco dismisses Big Tobacco to ban flavored products

Nearly 70 percent of voters in San Francisco agreed to keep a measure in place that bans menthol cigarettes, flavored tobacco and flavored e-cigarette liquids that had been imposed by city supervisors last summer. The rule was challenged by R.J. Reynolds and other businesses including industry associations.
