Savers Value Village plans IPO

George AndersonSavers Value Village, one of the largest secondhand merchandise retailers with 317 stores in the U.S. and Canada, plans to sell up to 18.8 million shares to raise up to $320 million in an initial public offering. Ares Management Corp., a private equity firm, owns the retailer. Savers Value Village's sales totaled $1.44 billion in 2022, up 19 percent year-0ver-year.
