Sears' CFO is Out; Kmart's Finance SVP is In

After the merger is finalized between Kmart and Sears, the new chief financial officer of the combined company will be William C. Crowley, currently senior vice president of finance at Kmart. Sears' current CFO, Glenn Richter, will step down after the merger.
