Sears Holdings to Shutter 120 Underperforming Stores

Sears has announced it will close 120 namesake and Kmart stores, citing a poor holiday season, especially in electronics. Companywide, same-store sales dropped a reported 5.2 percent in the fourth quarter through Christmas day.
