Sears Still Seeking Relevancy

Edward Lampert, chairman of Sears Holdings, admitted that poor sales results at the company might be partly "self-inflicted." He refused to accept, however, that the company's reduction in capital spending has had anything to do with its lackluster revenue numbers.
