Sears Sues Former Exec Over Signing, Relocation Payments

Sears claims that Chris Capuano, a former Kohl's executive hired as president of home fashion and household goods in January 2011, owes the company for bonuses and relocation expenses. Ms. Capuano left Sears following a six-month stint on the job.
