Sears to Give Workers Lump Sum to Choose Own Health Insurance

Sears Holdings says it isn't looking to make getting health insurance more expensive for its workers. Instead, the company asserts, it is looking to provide workers more options by giving them money to choose the insurance option that best fits their needs.
