Shoplifter Gives Store and Cops His Address

A man accused of shoplifting filled out an employment application with his address on it before trying to leave the store with the stolen goods. As he tried to exit, the store's alarms went off and he fled. A look at the application was all that was needed to lead police to the alleged thief.
