‘Shrinkflation’ goes on the menu at restaurants

Smaller portions are the way that many restaurant operators are keeping menu prices down. Nailya Ordabayeva, a marketing professor at Boston College, said it's easier for restaurants to downsize portions because consumers are much more likely to notice higher prices.
