Shuttered retail stores reopened as vaccine clinics

George AndersonA former Lord & Taylor in Salem, NH, has been reopened to distribute COVID-19 vaccines to the public. The same is true of a West Lebanon store that used to house a J.C. Penney and a now vacant Sears in Concord.
