Simon CEO says malls being 'treated unfairly' in pandemic

Simon Property Group CEO David Simon thinks that "enclosed malls are being treated unfairly and inconsistently” as various jurisdictions deal with a rise in COVID-19 cases across the country. Mr. Simon said that he has "yet to see any evidence that our environment spreads anything.”
