Simon Plans New Bid for General Growth Properties

Simon Property Group has not given up in its attempt to acquire General Growth Properties. Simon sent a letter to General Growth saying it planned to make a revised offer for the mall operator and would address antitrust concerns with its new bid. Simon and General Growth are the number one and two mall operators in the U.S.
