Skeptic Gives Thumbs Up To New Boston Microsoft Store

Columnist Jim Kerstetter said the new Microsoft store on Boston's Boylston Street (across from an Apple Store) is staffed with bright people and "provides the kind of relaxed customer experience Microsoft and its partners must provide to compete with Apple."
