SoCal grocery workers authorize strike

Around 47,000 grocery workers at Albertsons, Vons, Pavilions and Ralphs may soon be walking off their jobs following the decision by members of the United Food and Commercial Workers union to authorize a strike against the employers. The last contract for the workers expired on March 6.
